BlackBerry E'store warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth. BlackBerry E'store warrants this mobile products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, at its option BlackBerry E'store will
(1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts,
(2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
(3) refund the purchase price of the product.

A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes BlakBerry E'store property. When a refund is given, your product becomes BlackBerry E'Store's property.

We do ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. Unfortunately refunds cannot be accepted if parts are missing or broken or scratches are seen on the phone.

  • Pack the product in its original box along with an appropriate shipping container. Include a copy of your sales receipt to prove you received the product within the last 7 days or if you dont have one no worries as we all have it in our database.
  • Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service or for Domestic Shipments use Aramex UPS etc. that is able to track shipments. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

  • When we receive your return, we will verify the contents of your return and credit the payment method used to make the purchase (the products cost and any sales tax charged by us; unfortunately we cannot refund your original or return shipping costs).

The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage due to improper installation or misuse.
  • Subsequent damage to other components.
  • Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation.
  • Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse. Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse.
  • Punctured or damaged surrounds.
  • Broken speaker terminals.
  • Bent, chipped or broken frames or glass or cover.
  • Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product.
  • Items previously repaired or modified by any unauthorized repair facility.
  • Return shipping on defective or non-defective items.
  • Products with tampered or missing Blackberry E'store labels or specific manufacturer serial numbers, tags or labels.
  • Freight Damage (goods damaged due to shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
  • The cost of shipping product to BlackBerry E'store.
  • The cost of shipping product from BlackBerry E'store upon completion of repair or replacement.
  • Service performed by anyone other than BlackBerry E'store.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ELECTRONICS SERVICE TO BE COMPLETED?

Product Replacement: An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at BlackBerry E'store discretion, unless otherwise required by law. If your return qualifies for a replacement, BlackBerry E'store strives to maintain a goal of 72-hour service for all product returns. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory or parts is encountered. We will make every attempt to notify you if such a backorder occurs. Repairs are completed by a third party service center and take approximately 6-8 weeks to be completed. You must also allow additional time for shipping to and from the service center, as well as time returning the item to you (the customer) from our company.

Please note that we will refund the return shipping cost only if the return was a result of our own mistake. All other warranty related shipping charges to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and shipping charges to and from our facility if applicable.

Any item returned for warranty and found to be free from defect will be subject to a $25 testing fee.

PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
BlackBerry E'store warrants electronic products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase with receipt. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, BlackBerry E'store will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge apart from shipping costs to and from our company. Warranty replacements may have cosmetic scratches and blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with more current equivalent replacement products or store credit will be given if no replacement model is available. The amount of store credit will be equivalent to the current selling price not to exceed the original purchase price.

This warranty is valid only for the ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is not extended to owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the expressed warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase from BlackBerry E'store, and no warranties, whether expressed or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
